My first trip to Liberty's London

A few weeks ago I had my first experience of Liberty's ... And it certainly won't be the last. It's a textile designers dream with a department dedicated solely to liberty's prints, it was hard to drag myself away!!
They had silk scarfs from various designers in the lobby and a car hanging in the atrium at the entrance. I thought it was a truly unique place to visit.

I also took a walk down an adjacent street and found multiple fabric shops FULL of every type and colour of fabric imaginable!

Final project for second year...done!

Here are a few photos of my final designs all mounted up next to each other in their separate colour ways. Really happy with the quality of the prints, and how they work in different families.

Amazing first experience of design week. Wasn't 100% what to expect but some really inspirational shops, designers and designs on such a massive scale. My mind is full of new ideas for my current project thanks to this trip! Great day out, free ride to kings road in a luxury land-rovers oh and I saw Michael Caine...what more could you want ?
